Marriage Registration Assistance:

Work Permit Holders (PLKS) have to Cancel they permit with C.O.M before submit with JPN:
For foreign Spouse holding valid visas, such as Malaysian work permit (PLKS), they have to cancel their existing work pass with Check Out Memo and return to their country, which stipulates a cooling-off period of at least three months before they can re-enter Malaysia as a tourist visa for 30 days and they need to stay for at least 7 days before attend to JPN to register their marriage with a Malaysian citizen.

Post-Registration Process:
After registering your marriage, you may submit a marriage visa application with Jabatan Immigration Malaysia.

After the marriage is registered, Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara, JPN will arrange a date for the newlywed couple to take the legal oaths, officially recognizing them as husband and wife. Arrangements can then be made to submit documents for the foreign spouse to apply for long-term residence, also known as a marriage Spouse visa. Please note that if foreign If your spouse is a male, you have to wait six months after registering the marriage date before submitting it. If the foreigner is a female, there is no requirement in this regard.

Long-Term Marriage Visa:
The long-term marriage visa is a special visa issued and approved by the Immigration Department that allows the foreign spouse of a Malaysian citizen to legally reside in Malaysia. The visa facilitates long-term residence arrangements not only for foreign spouses but also for foreign spouse children at oversea , adopted children, and even foreigner spouse parents. For children under 17, we can assist with applying resident pass for a five year period.

Application for Permanent Residence:

The Ministry of Home Affairs and the Immigration Department of Malaysia only permit Malaysian employers to hire domestic helpers from Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Nepal, and Laos.

There are two types of maid visa applications: Calling Visa and System Maid Online (SMO).

1. Calling Visa
A Calling Visa refers to the recruitment of foreign domestic helpers from the above 9 approved source countries. Employers must go through legal procedures and obtain approval from both countries’ embassies before the helper can enter Malaysia for work.

The employer submits the necessary documents to us for processing. MX Consultant & Management will organize the required documents and provide multiple maid profiles for the employer’s reference and selection. We will arrange an online video interview between the employer and the selected maids. The employer can choose a suitable maid to care for the elderly, take care of children, or do housekeeping.

During the video interview, the employer may evaluate the maid based on her family background, experience, age, communication skills, and body language. After selection, we will proceed with documentation, including passport application, medical check-up, and embassy approval. Once the maid arrives in Malaysia, we will handle airport clearance and pickup.

Within 14 days of her arrival in Malaysia, the maid must undergo a FOMEMA medical check-up, after which we will submit the documents to the Immigration Department to apply for her work permit.

2. System Maid Online (SMO)
SMO refers to the employment of domestic helpers without going through bilateral embassy procedures. These maids usually enter Malaysia using a Social Visit Pass (tourist visa). Provided they are not blacklisted or have no record of overstaying (except Indonesians), employers may submit an application for helpers from the other 8 approved countries.

The maid must also undergo a FOMEMA medical check-up, purchase insurance, and be registered with her respective embassy.

Malaysia is a semi-skilled developing country. Many industries still heavily rely on foreign labor to handle 3D (Dangerous, Dirty, Difficult) jobs, such as extremely dangerous, extremely difficult, and relatively dirty work, especially in sectors like construction, manufacturing, and cleaning.

Foreign worker visas are divided into two categories:

1. CALLING VISA
What is a CALLING VISA?
How is it different from other labor visas?
CALLING VISA refers to the legal recruitment of foreign workers from 15 designated source countries, with approval from both embassies before they can enter and work in Malaysia.

First, the employer needs to apply for foreign worker quota based on their company's needs and submit the relevant documents to the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) and the Department of Labour (JTK), while also submitting the approval to the foreign embassy in Malaysia (KLN).

Foreign Worker Application Process:
We assist companies in applying to the Ministry of Home Affairs and obtaining approved quotas. Employers may select the needed foreign workers from the 15 source countries, including Indonesia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Thailand, Myanmar, the Philippines, India, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, etc.

Once the workers are selected, we will handle documentation submission, bilateral embassy approvals, passport application, medical check-up, insurance purchase, airport clearance, and work permit approval.

2. REHIRING / REKALIBRASI (RTK)
What is REHIRING / REKALIBRASI (RTK), also known as the "Foreign Worker Regularization Program"?
REHIRING / REKALIBRASI (RTK) is very different from CALLING VISA. The former involves workers who have overstayed in Malaysia, including overstayed tourist visas, student visas, work permits, or those who entered Malaysia illegally. Most of them have fixed employers but are working illegally in Malaysia.

The Malaysian government provides an amnesty opportunity for these employers to arrange legal work permits. Workers must meet specific requirements and conditions set by the Immigration Department to apply successfully. If employers fail to legalize their workers in time, they may face imprisonment and fines due to illegal employment of foreign workers and charges related to human trafficking.

Foreign Worker Application Process:
We assist companies in applying to the Immigration Department and obtaining approval quotas. Workers must go to the Immigration Department for identity verification and fingerprinting (to ensure they are not blacklisted), undergo a basic FOMEMA medical check-up, and employers must purchase insurance. Upon approval by the Immigration Department, the labor visa will be issued.

3. REKALIBRASI PULANG (RP)
What is REKALIBRASI PULANG?
This applies to foreign workers who have overstayed in Malaysia and are willing to participate in the return program. Those who failed to regularize their status under the previous program will be arranged to join this scheme. Before returning home, they must go to a designated Immigration Office for fingerprinting and pay a fine. They will then leave Malaysia according to the return flight ticket purchased.

Any foreign worker who joins this program will be blacklisted by the Malaysian government (BLACKLIST RAI & BLI) and will not be allowed to enter Malaysia again in the future.

MM2H is an international residency program of the Malaysian government that allows foreigners to live in Malaysia in betwen 5 to 20 years. Applicants can apply alone or with family members to enjoy the following benefits: Property buying, healthcare, education and leisure.

There are four categories to choose;

6.2 Gold
6.3 Silver
6.4 Special Economic Zone (SEZ - Johor only)

  • Approval periods range from 5 to 20 years, Some categories allow business activities, investments and family members, including both parents and domestic helpers. Children do not need a student visa to study further in Malaysia.


  • Applicants need to submit the translated and double certified documents required by the authorities such as no criminal record, single certificate, marriage certificate, child birth certificate to the Putrajaya Immigration Malaysia. From submission of documents to getting approval, the entire application process takes approximately 45- 90 working days.


  • After getting approval, the applicant can enter Malaysia and open a Bank account as a fix Deposit and attend any clinic regidtration with Kementrrian kesihatan Malaysia (KSM) to apply a basic physical full body check-up.


  • Approved applicants must purchase a property in Malaysia within one year after completed endosment MM2H sticker on they passport and can only purchase directly from the developer for (SEZ ONLY)
